　　Before using any medicine, tell health care professionals:

　　用藥前，應(yīng)向健康保健專業(yè)人員說(shuō)明下列情況：

　　l If you have ever had an allergic or unusual reaction to any medicine, food, or other substance, such as sulfites.

　　l 你是否有藥物、食物或其他物品過(guò)敏史，如亞硫酸鹽過(guò)敏？

　　l If you are on a low-salt, low-sugar, or any other special diet. Most medicines contain more than their active ingredient, and many liquid medicines contain alcohol.

　　l 你是否在作低鹽、低糖或其他特殊飲食治療？因?yàn)槎鄶?shù)藥品在有效成份以外還含有其他配料，很多液體藥品還含酒精。

　　l If you are pregnant or if you plan to become pregnant. Certain medicines may cause birth defects or other problems in the unborn child. For other medicines, safe use during pregnancy has not been established. The use of any medicine during pregnancy must be carefully considered and should be discussed with a health care professional.

　　l If you are breast-feeding. Some medicines may pass into the breast milk and cause unwanted effects in the baby.

　　l If you are now taking or have taken any medicines or dietary supplements in the recent past. Do not forget over-the-counter (nonprescription) medicines such as pain relievers, laxatives, and antacids or dietary supplements.

　　It is important to store your medicines properly. Guidelines for proper storage include:

　　藥品存放很重要，正確存放藥品應(yīng)做到：

　　l 藥品應(yīng)放在兒童夠不到的地方；

　　l Keep medicines in their original containers.

　　l 藥品應(yīng)保存在原始包裝盒內(nèi)；

　　l Store away from heat and direct light.

　　l 藥品應(yīng)避熱、避光；

　　l Do not store capsules or tablets in the bathroom, near the kitchen sink, or in other damp places. Heat or moisture may cause the medicine to break down. Also, do not leave the cotton plug in a medicine container that has been opened, since it may draw moisture into the container.

　　l 不要在浴室、廚房水池邊上及其他潮濕的地方儲(chǔ)存藥品。熱、潮可使藥品變質(zhì)。不要將棉塞留在已經(jīng)打開(kāi)過(guò)的藥瓶?jī)?nèi)，以避免將潮氣吸入瓶?jī)?nèi)；

　　l Do not keep outdated medicine or medicine that is no longer needed.

　　l Be sure that any discarded medicine is out of the reach of children.

　　l 處理藥品時(shí)應(yīng)丟在兒童不及之處。
