吃出健康
健康自古以來就是人們追求的美好目標。近年世界衛(wèi)生組織對影響人類健康的眾多因素進行評估,結(jié)果表明:遺傳因素對身體健康的影響居于首位,為15%;膳食營養(yǎng)對人體健康的影響僅次于遺傳因素,為13%;然后是醫(yī)療條件因素,為8%.因此不難看出膳食營養(yǎng)對人體健康有多么重要,在今天人們的生活水平顯著提高,絕大多數(shù)人早已不愁吃穿,營養(yǎng)不良狀況有了很大改善,但這不代表人們所吃的就健康了。因為大多數(shù)人的飲食結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,營養(yǎng)供給不平衡,所以維持不了健康。
為了維持身體健康就必須把不同的食物搭配起來食用?,F(xiàn)代營養(yǎng)學(xué)把食物分成兩大類,一類主要是供給人體熱能,我們叫主食;另一類是副食,如豆制品和蔬菜等。主食種類很多,它們所含氨基酸、維生素、無機鹽的種類和數(shù)量又互不相同,故不能只用一種糧食作為主食,應(yīng)做到租細糧合理搭配。副食中的肉類、蛋類、奶類、魚類、海產(chǎn)類、豆類和蔬萊等,都能提供豐富的蛋白質(zhì)和人體必需的脂肪酸、磷酸、維生素、鈣、磷、鎂、碘等重要營養(yǎng)素,對人體健康起著非常重要的作用。飲食的種類多種多樣,富含營養(yǎng)成分各不相同,只有做到各種食物合理搭配,才能使人體得到不同的營養(yǎng),以滿足生命和活動的需要。
膳食搭配的同時要注意季節(jié)引起食欲的變化,像夏季酷熱多雨,人們常常食欲降低,消化力也減弱,大多數(shù)人厭食肥肉和油膩食物,所以要注意食物的色香味,盡力提高食欲,使身體能夠得到全面充足的營養(yǎng)。
合理搭配固然重要,但也應(yīng)飲食有節(jié),要注意飲食的量和時間。一是飲食要適量,就是說人們吃東西不要太多也不要太少,要恰到好吃,饑飽適中;過飽不利于健康,但吃太少也有損于健康。二是飲食應(yīng)定時,一日三餐,食之有時。脾胃適應(yīng)了這種飲食規(guī)律,到時候便會做好消化食物的準備,同時烹調(diào)合理使食品色香味俱全,不僅增加食欲,而且有益健康。
當然健康飲食對于不同職業(yè)來說也是不同的,例如,學(xué)校的老師和學(xué)生都是腦力勞動者,用腦較多,由于大腦的主要成分為卵磷脂,腦疲勞會損失卵磷脂,而深海魚和蛋黃富含卵磷脂。因此,建議每天可吃1~2個雞蛋補充營養(yǎng),每周吃一次海魚。此外,也應(yīng)多補充含蛋白質(zhì)、糖、鈣、鐵、鋅、維生素豐富的食物,如禽肉、牛奶、蘋果、豆制品等。
所以,只有飲食從各方面做好了,才能將健康進行到底。

It ranks the second in the list of the factors including genetic factor (15%), food eating (13%) medical service. However, despite the improved standard of living of today, many still fail to keep a balanced diet, which is of course harmful to our health. How to eat for health then? Here are some tips.
First, eat various food, including staple non-staple foods. The former, such as rice andflour, supplies heat energy to the body, whereas the latter, such as meat, eggs, dairy products fish, provides the body with nutrients needed by the various activities of the body, including protein, vitamins, calcium, etc.
